Pallet Deliveries
We are very proud to be able to offer FREE standard pallet delivery to postcodes in Zone 1 on the UK mainland.
Standard delivery time for pallet orders is 3-5 working days. When the delivery reaches your local depot, our professional courier company will contact you direct via the telephone number provided to arrange a convenient final delivery date.
All stock orders received by 14.00 GMT will be despatched same day
Pallet deliveries to addresses not on the UK mainland or outsize of Zone 1 will incur extra delivery charges.
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to the delivery address you have given us. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, a flat or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. It is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
We would request that you be aware of the need to sign for the delivery, and that you arrange for someone to be there to receive your delivery, or if necessary have your order delivered to your place of work. If the courier arrives and is unable to make the delivery due to nobody being at the address, regrettably we will have to charge a minimum £40 re-delivery fee.

It is strongly advised that you do not book any installation until you have received and checked your goods. We cannot be held liable for any plumber or tradesman costs you may incur.
Parcel Deliveries
There is a standard delivery charge of £7.50 for all parcel orders.
Parcel deliveries are via a 'signed for' service, so a signature will be required for delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver, a calling card will be left.

Next Day and Saturday Pallet Delivery
We also able to offer a speedy Next Day and Saturday delivery service for those customers in Zone 1, wishing to receive their bathroom goods sooner.
Next Day and Saturday pallet deliveries are available to most mainland postcodes, with some exceptions. To order a Next Day or Saturday delivery, simply choose the option within the checkout process.
Next Day Deliveries - Order by 12 noon, Thursday
Saturday Deliveries - Order by 12 noon, Friday
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by post, email or fax, giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details.
All non faulty goods must be returned within 14 days, and will only be accepted if returned undamaged and with their original packaging. We remind the customer that they have a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and should be returned in good condition.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to non faulty returning goods
Please note that a collection charge of £49.95 will be charged for all non faulty returns, and that this must be paid prior to any collection being processed. We will refund your money on orders within 28 days of cancellation less any delivery cost as detailed previously. Returns outside 28 days will not be accepted.
Should you wish to return the goods yourself via a courier service, this is done at your own risk. You should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage or delivery.
Please inform our customer support team regarding the details of any goods you intend to return.
If a return does not reach us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
All Returns: Please contact us to inform us of any return as we have a number of return depots depending on the product being returned, we will then arrange with you as to where the return should be sent.
We will always require a digital photograph to be sent to us illustrating any damage to goods before we can authorise any replacement. After contacting Customer Care to inform us of any damaged deliveries, please email a photograph to photo@luxurynook.co.uk

Once in the My Account area you will find a link to Help Desk in the left hand navigation box.
We can also be contacted through the live chat facility by clicking the image in the side column of the site. If our Support Team are not online you can also leave us a message.
